Once logged into Redeem Vacations, was it clear you could choose from multiple destinations?

Were the instructions relating to the taxes clear and understandable when selecting the destination?

How did you find the overall booking process?

Which destination did you travel to?


What was the name of the property you stayed at?

What made you choose that property?


Were there any issues on arrival and checking into the property? Please give as much detail as possible

Did you choose to stay with the standard fee room or did you have any upgrades? If so, was this worth doing?

On Checking out of the property, were there any hidden costs you were not expecting?

Do you think we should market these vouchers with an attributed value ?

ie- 7 nights worth up to  $1500 for free

If we apply a perceived value of $1500 to these vouchers- do you believe your holiday was good value for money?

Do you see any warning signs or things we should make others aware of before mass marketing?

Would you feel comfortable moving forward with this promotion and offering these holiday vouchers ?
